A woman from Delhi was allegedly assaulted by man who was allegedly sent by a You Tuber who earlier also had intimated the woman.

The police received a call about the incident and when the team rushed to the spot, they saw an injured woman was taken to a hospital. 

The doctors informed police that she sustained injuries on her jaw and thumb. 

As per the case details, the woman (35) had previously complained about intimidation by the Youtuber three months ago, but she had later given a written statement that she did not want legal action. The two had settled the matter mutually.

During investigation, CCTV footage from cameras installed in the locality was scrutinized which showed the alleged person on a scooter who assaulted the victim on the instance of (the Youtuber). The police have formed teams to arrest the harasser. 

The police have now registered a complaint under IPC section 324 (voluntary hurt by dangerous weapons or means) 341 (wrongful restraint) 506 (criminal intimidation) and 34 (common intention).
