School teacher held in Ghaziabad for raping a minor student
The girl was sexually assaulted by the teacher on the pretext of extra classes and threatened to stay mum

New Delhi, November 14
The Ghaziabad Police arrested a school principal for allegedly raping a minor student.
The girl alleged the accused had raped her two-three times however the girl stayed mum. The girl’s family learnt later when they questioned her.
The police stated that the accused sexually assaulted the girl on the pretext of extra classes and threatened to push her younger brother and sister into a nearby nallah. Her siblings also study in the same school.
The police have an FIR registered under Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code as well as relevant provisions of the POCSO Act.
