On being questioned about his entry in the Gardenia Glory society of Noida, the food delivery agent and security guard got into a banter leading to a violent scuffle

New Delhi, October 11

The Noida Police detained a security guard and a food delivery agent who allegedly got into a scuffle at the gates of residential society Gardenia Glory in Sector 46 of Noida. 

The CCTV footage of the incident went viral on social media that showed two men quarrelling as bystanders attempt to separate them, but the fight escalates, and the duo are seen hitting each other with sticks. 

The situation grew more serious and the brawl left one of them unconscious with injuries. 

The police stated that the duo, both residents of Noida, got into fisticuffs over entry in the society. The guard questioned the food delivery agent and the duo got into a banter. 

The police have booked both the men under CrPC sections 151 (arrest to prevent cognizable offence) 107 (security to keep the peace) 116 (inquiry as to truth of information) and produced before an Executive Magistrate by police of the Sector 39.
