Gurugram club owner chased, attacked with rods and guns in South Delhi

The accused first chased and fired at club own in Gurugram and kept chasing him till Chhatarpur in South Delhi where they stopped his car and assaulted him with rods

An owner of a club in Gurugram, was chased by a group of men who allegedly fired at his car and attacked him with an iron rod near Chattarpur in South Delhi. 

The police said that Sunder (36) runs King Club in JMD mall of Gurugram. He was on way to his home in Dera village in Delhi when the accused chased him from Gurugram. 

Sunder was injured after he was attacked with a rod. However, no one was injured in the firing. He was shifted to AIIMS for treatment where his condition is stable. 

The accused and the victim have been fighting with each other over some financial issues related to the King Club, police added. 

The police informed that a PCR call was made around from a man named Rahul who alleged that the accused fired at his brother’s car and attacked him. 

The police stated that police teams were rushed to the spot. Sunder was in his white Creta car when a group of men from Tigaon, Faridabad, started following him. 

The persons inside the car later fired at him near Gwal Pahari Chauki, Gurgaon, Haryana and continued chasing him. When Sunder reached Fatehpur Beri in Delhi, they stopped him and fired at his car. They then attacked him with an iron rod and fled from the spot, police added. 

The police found the damaged Creta car and three empty cartridges on the spot. 

The police have registered an FIR for assault, attempt to murder and other charges under the IPC.
