The judge fell on the road when the accused snatched her bag leaving her injured and later hospitalized

New Delhi, March 14

Two bike borne men robbed off a Delhi judge who was out for a walk with her son in Gulabi Bagh area of the city. The police have arrested two persons who are historysheeters involved in similar crimes in past. 

The accused were identified as Dilshad and Rahul. Dilshad is a history-sheeter and involved in 10 cases.

The police stated that the incident took place on March 6 near the judge’s home in Gulabi Bagh. She and her 12-year-old son were out on a walk when the accused came from behind and snatched her handbag. The accused fled with her handbag while her son ran back home to inform his father, 

The judge fell on the road and suffered injuries to her head and was rushed to the hospital by her family after the incident. As she was hospitalized, her minor son recorded a statement with and narrated the whole incident. 

The judge was robbed of Rs 8,000-Rs 10,000 and documents, police added.
