The Nigerian national was living on a rented flat in South Delhi where the body was found decomposing and the locals alerted after a stench was coming out of it

New Delhi, April 29

The Delhi police arrested a Nigerian national for killing a woman and stuffing the body inside a box bed at her apartment in South Delhi. 

The police received a PCR call from a person who claimed that a foul smell was coming from inside a flat.

A police team rushed to the spot, they found that the flat was locked. The police called the owner of the flat who opened the apartment with the hep of a key maker. 

When the police scanned through the apartment, they saw the smell coming ou tof the box bed. The body of a woman was found wrapped in bedsheets in the box of double bed in the apartment, 

The police stated that the owner identified the accused as Obinoze Alexander to whom he had given the apartment on lease. After technical surveillance, the deceased was identified as a Nigerian national and Obinoze was arrested.

The police are probing further to ascertain the motive o the murder. The accused for murder and other charges.
