The Delhi Public School Mathura Road received another bomb threat through an email, second in a row after a similar hoax email was received last month.
The police stated that the email was again sent on the school's official email id at 6.17 pm on May 11. The sender threatened to blow up the school at 11 am on May 12.
The school officials informed the police, who reached the spot along with the bomb disposal squad.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Southeast) Rajesh Deo said that the email was found to be sent from the ID of a student who denied doing so.
The police and bomb disposal scanned the entire school premises. The teams found nothing and termed it as a hoax call.
The school had received a hoax bomb threat on its email ID after which around 4,000 students were evacuated and the premises were checked. However, nothing suspicious was found.
