Mumbai Police arrests a Bihar man for sending threat calls to Mukesh Ambani's residence and hospital

The accused Rakesh Mishra (30) had dialed the landline number of Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and threatened to blow up the hospital

The Mumbai Police arrested a man from Darbhanga in Bihar for allegedly giving death threats to industrialist Mukesh Ambani and his family members. 

The police stated that the accused identified as Rakesh Mishra (30) had dialed the landline number of Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital and threatened to blow up the hospital. 

He had also threatened to kill Mukesh Ambani and his family members and blow up their house, Antilia. While issuing the threats, Mishra had alleged that his men had carried out attacks in Pulwama and Mumbai.

The Mumbai Police team carried out Anti-sabotage at HN Reliance Hospital and Antilia while beefing up the security at both places. 

The police found out that he is mentally disturbed. Mishra is suffering from schizophrenia and as he has been disturbed over the rising inflation he made calls to Ambani’s hospital. He believes that Ambani is responsible for the inflation.

The accused has been sent to judicial custody of two weeks.
