Delhi Police organized self defence training programme for girls in New Delhi district

120 girls undertook self defence training from various areas of New Delhi district

New Delhi, March 30

The Delhi Police Central District organized a two day self defence training programme under the Sashakti programme at Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Kendra of Mandir Marg in New Delhi.  

120 girls undertook training in the two day programme.  

The officials said that demonstration about the tactics of self-defence were given by the self defence team of Parivartan Cell, New Delhi District.

DCP (New Delhi) Dr. Eish Singhal stated that the New Delhi police are further tying up with more institutions and schools to organize similar self defence programme for girls.  The schools willing to participate may contact on 011- 23367174.
